Going Back to China During the Coronavirus Outbreak
Going Back to China During the Coronavirus Outbreak – My wife and I stayed in Thailand for about two months. In this video, we’re going back to China.
We stayed in Thailand during China’s school winter break. In Thailand, we first stayed in Chiang Mai for a week. Next, we went to Koh Tao. We stayed in Koh Tao most of the time. Last, we stayed in Bangkok for a few days.
We loved Thailand. We will again miss Thailand. Unfortunately, we didn’t do much in Bangkok due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
As you can see in the video, we flew from BKK to PVG. Arriving at PVG, it took us a while to get through the immigration line and customs. Pudong International Airport was eerily quiet and nearly empty. It took us a little over an hour to finally check-in at Pudong Airport Hotel. I think we got into the room a little after midnight.
The next day, after checking out, we decided to grab a DiDi (similar to Uber). From the video, I showed a screenshot that we weren’t able to get one due to the city limitations. Therefore, we waited for an hour to get a bus to Hongqiao Station.
At Hongqiao Station, we bought our high speed train tickets to Jiashan. We had to wait over three hours for the train. It was a long day.
Everywhere we went, even McDonald’s checked our temperatures. Once we got to Jiashan, we grabbed a DiDi back home. The community checked our temperatures back home too.
We now have to do a 14-day quarantine.
FYI: I’ve been using the DJI Osmo Mobile 3 for making most of my videos.
